Grip the cable, connector uppermost, in a vice or self-locking pliers, so that the connector rests on top of the vice and cannot slide down the wire when soldering. Inside a bullet connector. Apply solder on the top of the connector, and let it melt and run down inside. Trim off the protruding strands with wire cutters.

The engine needs to be fed the proper amounts of air, fuel, and spark. The suspension and brakes must be in tip-top shape. The wheels and tires, transmission, cooling system, gauges—even the seats—must all function properly.

Push a screwdriver blade through the grommet carefully to enlarge it for the new cables, taking care not to damage insulation on existing wires. If you pass a cable through a new hole, fit the hole with a grommet. To pass wires up door pillars or behind trim, tape them to a piece of fairly stiff wire, poke it carefully behind the trim or up the pillar, and pull it through at the far end, bringing the wire with it.

The circular arrangement of electromagnets is divided into groups, each group called a phase, and there is an equal number of electromagnets per group. The number of groups is chosen by the designer of the stepper motor. The electromagnets of each group are interleaved with the electromagnets of other groups to form a uniform pattern of arrangement. For example, if the stepper motor has two groups identified as A or B, and ten electromagnets in total, then the grouping pattern would be ABABABABAB.

In fact, it is recommended, because the IC pad pitch is just 0.5 mm, that only one solder mask opening should be used for all four pads on one side. It is also suggested, when using solder paste printing, that a laser-cut stainless steel stencil with trapezoidal walls and with a stencil thickness of 0.1 or 0.125 mm should be used. See the images below. This information should be quite helpful for a PCB layout design team.

However, and this is very perplexing, there is no additional information related to the "separate application note." My suspicion is that Sensirion intended to include a link to this app note but then simply forgot to include it; perhaps additional information will be provided in the datasheet next revision.

The datasheet states (see image below) that this IC—specifically the CMOSens® technology that it uses—is "designed for mass production." Umm, should not this go without saying? I have seen datasheets state "not recommended for new designs," but I do not ever recall seeing one that specifies that the IC, or its underlying technology, is designed for mass production. This benefit makes me question if Sensirion has other ICs that are in fact not designed for mass production. It is all a bit puzzling. Have you seen other IC datasheets call this out? If so, please let us know.

When the clutch pedal is released, the thrust bearing is withdrawn and the diaphragm-spring load once again clamps the driven plate to the flywheel to resume the transmission of power. Some cars have a hydraulically operated clutch. Pressure on the clutch pedal inside the car activates a piston in a master cylinder, which transmits the pressure through a fluid-filled pipe to a slave cylinder mounted on the clutch housing. The slave-cylinder piston is connected to the clutch release arm.
