Use a wire stripper to remove about 1/8in. (3 mm) of insulation from the end of the wire. Lay the bare strands in the inner section of the connector. Use crimping pliers to tighten the two small tongues firmly around the insulated part of the wire. On the other side of the connector, push the wire strands back and down flat. Hold the connector blade upwards to avoid solder running into the spade part.

It’s always a good idea to minimize the length of traces carrying high-frequency digital signals. First of all, there are noise benefits: a shorter, more direct trace reduces the amount of noise that would otherwise be coupled into adjacent traces, and a shorter trace also reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI) because it is less effective as an antenna. The second issue is related to transmission-line effects. Minimizing trace length is a simple way to avoid problems related to signal reflections. However, reflection is not a significant concern at frequencies in the 10 MHz range, unless you are dealing with long interconnections or a very large PCB.

Each of the two methods provides a carrier with standard dimensions and provisions for fitting, securing and supporting the irregular boards.

Before you disconnect anything, make absolutely sure you know how to put it back. Number both sides of each connection with labels made of masking tape. If necessary, make drawings of cable routes and how clips fit. Use a craft knife or razor blade to cut away the wrapping from the damaged section. Take care not to cut into the plastic cable insulation.

As the motor rotor turns, a sinusoidal voltage is generated proportional to the speed (step rate). This AC voltage is subtracted from the voltage waveform available to induce a change in the current.

In a demanding application, we may not have the time to continuously check the pointers to see if they have reached the end of the buffer and wrap them back to the beginning of the buffer when necessary. As a result, a DSP processor uses dedicated hardware to provide some fast circular buffers. This hardware implementation automatically checks the status of the pointers and updates them accordingly.

The motor that drives the paper path in laser printers is brushless. They are build differently than servo or brushed motors. There are no places where metal is rubbing against metal. Brushless motors will last longer, spin faster, help batteries last longer. They have three wires instead of two. There are two types: inrunner and outrunner.

This prevents the damage to the PCB or components which can occur due to surface stress and splinter when separating the boards. One drawback with this method is that it may leave some unwanted board protrusions on the edges.

In fact, it is recommended, because the IC pad pitch is just 0.5 mm, that only one solder mask opening should be used for all four pads on one side. It is also suggested, when using solder paste printing, that a laser-cut stainless steel stencil with trapezoidal walls and with a stencil thickness of 0.1 or 0.125 mm should be used. See the images below. This information should be quite helpful for a PCB layout design team.
